Inspired by Lauryn Hill’s sobering anthem, this showcase brings together students and artists from across the country to share stories, truths, and creative work developed in community. Earlier in the day, participants will gather for public workshops across OMAI’s arts and activism pillars—spaces designed to spark collaboration, bridge disciplines, and break down silos. The open mic carries that energy forward, spotlighting work shaped by those conversations and connections.From spoken word and music to movement and more, this night is about honoring creative expression, collective growth, and the power of showing up together. Everything is everything—and everything is welcome.
