The Interdisciplinary Arts Residency Program for the 2022–2023 academic year will engage a partnership between the Division of the Arts (DotA) and the Office of Multicultural Arts Initiatives (OMAI), presenting a series of short-term residencies with interdisciplinary artists. Each visiting artist in the series will represent the three pillars of OMAI: academics, arts, and activism. The short-term interdisciplinary arts residencies will secure highly esteemed and established artists to engage in educational/research experiences as well as build bridges with multicultural campus groups, community organizations, and arts departments at UW–Madison.
